When using the services provided by UAB “DK Investicijos”, you entrust us with information about yourself. “Services” include all services provided by UAB “DK Investicijos”, including, but not limited to (i) “ParkavimasMieste” – paid parking service at airports; (ii) parking car washing/cleaning service; (iii) parking lot installation and administration service; (iv) parking booking service in other European Union countries (v). The scope and types of Services provided may expand and change in the future.

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect about you, how we use it and to whom we transfer it, and what rights you have as a personal data subject.

1. Who does the Privacy Policy apply to?

This Privacy Policy applies to all users/clients of UAB „DK Investicijos“ Services anywhere in the world, including all users of UAB „DK Investicijos“ mobile applications, websites, features or any other UAB „DK Investicijos“ Services, and to all other persons who contact UAB „DK Investicijos“ or otherwise provide their personal data to UAB „DK Investicijos“.

Such information, depending on your location and the UAB “DK Investicijos” Services used, may include your name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, login name and password, vehicle registration number (e.g. in the case of ParkavimasMieste), payment or bank information, date of birth, address, information related to the rented car (rental period, car type, etc.);
  • when ordering Services through the UAB “DK Investicijos” mobile application or websites without creating a personal account;
  • when contacting UAB “DK Investicijos”.
Personal data that is collected when you use our Services. This includes the following information:
  • information about transactions. We collect transactional details related to your use of our Services, including the type of Services ordered or provided, the date and time the Service was provided, the amount paid, the distance traveled, the route taken, and other transactional details;
  • device information. We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and mobile network information;
  • log information. When you interact with our Services, we collect server logs that may include the following information: your device’s IP address, access date and time, information about application features and pages viewed, application crashes and other system activity, browser type, and the third-party website or service you used prior to interacting with our Services.
Information from other sources. This may include:

  • other UAB „DK Investicijos“ partners whose involvement is necessary for the proper provision of the Services.

4. How do we use your personal data?

Research and development, statistical purposes. We may use the collected information for testing, research, analysis and product development. This allows us to improve and strengthen the security of our Services, develop new features and products, and facilitate the provision of insurance or other solutions inextricably linked to the provision of the Services.

UAB “DK Investicijos” notifications. UAB “DK Investicijos” may use the collected information to notify you about products, Services, promotions, research, surveys, news, updates and events. 6. How long do we store and when do we delete your data?

UAB “DK Investicijos” stores your personal data as long as your account is active, unless you request the deletion of your personal data or account. UAB „DK Investicijos“ will then delete your personal data or anonymize it at your request, except as described below.
In accordance with applicable law, UAB „DK Investicijos“ may retain information after deleting your account:
  • if there are unresolved issues related to your account, for example, a debt or claim or dispute remaining in your account that has not been resolved;
  • if required by applicable law; and/or in an anonymous form (e.g. for statistical purposes, information remains in an anonymous form);
  • UAB „DK Investicijos“ may also retain certain information if necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and improving user protection.

7. What rights do you have?

As a personal data subject, you have the right to request that UAB “DK Investicijos” provide access to the personal data of the data subject and rectify or delete them, or restrict the processing of data, and the right to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to data portability. 8. How to find out about the processed personal data and express your objection?

UAB “DK Investicijos” provides tools to monitor and manage personal data collected by UAB “DK Investicijos”, including the following tools:
  • privacy settings in mobile applications and websites (e.g. some data is provided selectively). Users can also delete their account in the privacy settings menu;
  • device permissions. Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) stipulate that certain types of device data cannot be accessed by applications without your consent. These platforms use different permission systems to obtain your consent. The iOS platform will warn you when a UAB DK Investicijos application first requests permission to access certain types of data, and you will be able to agree (or disagree) with this request. When using Android devices, you will be informed about the permissions required by UAB DK Investicijos applications before you use the application for the first time;
  • the ability to opt out of the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes (including any advertising). You can opt out of receiving promotional emails and other communications from UAB DK Investicijos according to the instructions provided in these notifications or by sending an opt-out by e-mail to [email protected]. 11. Who is responsible for data protection?

We use reasonable physical, electronic and procedural measures and methods to protect the information we hold about you.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, despite the fact that we use reasonable measures to protect your personal data, UAB “DK Investicijos” cannot guarantee the complete security of your personal data, since it is submitted or collected online. You can reduce the risk of unauthorized use of your personal data if you act prudently and choose reasonable security measures, for example, choose a complex password, use the latest antivirus software, etc.

12. How to find out about changes to the privacy policy?

We may update this policy. If you use our Services after the update, it means that you agree to the updated policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you about them in UAB “DK Investicijos” applications, websites or by other means, such as e-mail.

In view of this, we strongly recommend that you periodically review this policy to receive the latest information about our privacy rules and the processing of your personal data.
